We ship our packages using UPS.
Your candy is freshly packed when it leaves our store. While we hope it arrives as beautifully as it left, there is a chance of shifting and jostling during transportation. Please Note: Chocolate Covered Cherries are extremely fragile and shipping is NOT recommended. All shipping is at your risk.
Some packages may be shipped via UPS Sure Post which means, at times, USPS may deliver your packages.
All orders will leave our facility within 1-3 business days. We will do our best to get orders placed before 12 pm Monday – Friday out that day and orders placed after 12 pm will go out next business day as long as we have everything that is needed for the order. Chocolate will melt over 70 degrees so please be aware of temperatures in the areas you are shipping to. We are not responsible for melted chocolate unless you choose Next Day Air. Also, ants and other critters love chocolate so keep in mind the areas UPS will be leaving your package. We would suggest delivering to an address where someone will be home to receive
Summer Shipping Policy:
If you are shipping to any state other than MD, PA, VA, DE or NJ you MUST choose Next Day Air. We will cancel and refund orders going to any other state that does not show Next Day Air as the shipping method. If you are shipping to the states named above, you may choose Ground shipping, however, it will be at your risk. We will include insulated paper and an ice pack in all orders. Next Day Air orders will be guaranteed and should arrive next day by 12PM. Shipping days will be Tuesday, Wednesday & Thursday. If you place an order after 12PM on Thursday, Friday, Saturday, Sunday or Monday, your order will not leave our facility until Tuesday. If you place an order before 12PM on Tuesday, Wednesday or Thursday, your order will leave that day (if we cannot get it out that day, we will contact you). Any orders placed after 12PM on Tuesday or Wednesday, will leave the following day.
